How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and delivered within 6 to 9 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What if I change my mind?
You have 60 days after delivery to return your bag for a full refund. Returns are free: we cover the return shipping costs. Just email us at hello@bucklea.com to get started.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, your refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and we never store your card details.
