Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund. No complicated conditions, no awkward questions.

Your Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our 60-day guarantee extends this legal right and applies in addition to it, never in place of it.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at hello@bucklea.com with your order number and the reason for your return (optional, but it helps us improve)
2. We will confirm your return and provide instructions
3. Ship the item to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free: bucklea covers the cost of return shipping. We will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon presentation of the receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with EU law. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at hello@bucklea.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Independently of this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects under EU and French consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
