bucklea currently ships to the 20 countries of the euro area:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods (sales, holidays) or due to circumstances beyond our control. In accordance with EU consumer law, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days of purchase, you may set an additional reasonable deadline and, if delivery still does not occur, cancel your order for a full refund.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to follow your parcel at every step. If your tracking has not updated for several days, feel free to contact us: we are happy to look into it.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. bucklea cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@bucklea.com and we will resolve it quickly with a replacement or a full refund. For damaged parcels, photos of the packaging and product help us process your request faster.
As we ship exclusively within the euro area, no customs duties apply to your order. All prices displayed include applicable taxes.
