These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern all sales of products made through the website bucklea.com (the "Site") between the seller and any consumer placing an order (the "Customer"). Placing an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site, within the limits of available stock. Each product is presented with a description and photographs as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance, due in particular to screen settings, may occur and do not constitute a lack of conformity.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), all taxes included where applicable. Shipping costs are indicated before final validation of the order: 3.90 EUR per order, offered free of charge for orders of 50 EUR or more. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is validated.
To place an order, the Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, provides shipping and payment information, reviews the order summary, and confirms the purchase. The order confirmation sent by email constitutes acceptance of the order and forms the sales contract. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, or an abnormal order.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. The Site never stores full card details.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer, within the euro area (20 countries) only. Orders are processed and delivered within 6 to 9 business days. In accordance with EU consumer law, if delivery has not occurred within 30 days of the order, the Customer may cancel the order after having granted the seller an additional reasonable period, and receive a full refund. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
In accordance with EU law, the Customer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products, without having to justify any reason.
Beyond this legal right, bucklea offers a commercial 60-day satisfaction guarantee: the Customer may return any product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
To exercise this right, the Customer contacts hello@bucklea.com. The refund is made using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. Full conditions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

The seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract due to force majeure as defined by French law. Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer's statutory rights as a consumer.
Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service first at hello@bucklea.com to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge. Details of the competent mediator are available on request.
These Terms are governed by French law. Customers residing in another EU member state also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts.
